How much does grooming cost?

Grooming costs vary greatly by the size of dog, coat type and condition, and type of service. We offer starting quotes on our online booking page, or for a more specific quote you can call or text us!

Do you groom cats?

As much as we love our kitty companions, we only groom dogs. We recommend checking out Purrr Luxury Cat Grooming in downtown St. Paul or The Cat’s Meow Grooming&Suites in Richfield for your feline grooming needs!

Do you use kennels?

Yes we have kennels in our salon. However, because we prioritize one-on-one grooming, dogs will spend little to no time in a kennel while they are here. That said, if your dog is unable to be crated for any amount of time, please let us know ahead of your scheduled appointment and we will make accommodations!

Can I stay while my dog is being groomed?

In most cases, we feel that owners being present during a groom causes extra unnecessary stress and we ask that you do not stay during their groom. If you feel that is necessary for your dog’s wellbeing during their appointment we may be able to accommodate you, but we require that it be arranged in advance.

Can you groom my old/big/anxious/reactive dog?

We have no restrictions based on age, size or temperament. We are always willing to try working with your dog and find the methods that work best to give them a complete groom. If we feel that we cannot safely groom your dog for any reason we will be fully transparent and work with you to find the best alternative options for grooming! If you have specific concerns about your dog, please contact us, and we would be happy to discuss our process with you!

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time as we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. You can book online here!

Should I get my puppy groomed?

Yes! Introducing puppies to grooming early and often helps acclimatize them to the grooming process and makes it a less stressful experience as adults. We recommend that puppies get at least one “Introductory Groom” before getting a full haircut, although particularly shy puppies may need more before they’re ready for a full groom.

What vaccines are required?

The only vaccine we require is rabies. If your dog is medically unable to get the rabies vaccine please contact us prior to your appointment to discuss available options.
